Thank you for your interest in La Rocha! Is your purchase not quite what you had in mind? What a pity, but that can always happen. You can then either exchange or return your item(s).

Return

Do you want to return the item(s) you purchased? In that case you can return your order within 14 days from the day you received your order without providing any reason. As soon as we receive your package, we strive to refund your money within 14 days.

Send an email to: onlineshop@la-rocha.com to report the item(s) you want to report. Please provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Ordernumber
  • Product
  • Reason for return (not mandatory)

Then you can return the product including the invoice (shipping costs for own account). It is also possible to return your purchase personally at the following address:

As soon as we receive your return, we will send you the replacing item(s) as soon as possible. The shipping costs will be paid by La Rocha. If your item(s) are out of stock, your total purchase amount will be refunded to your account number. We strive to refund your money within 14 days.

Packaging when returning / swapping

We take care of our products and consider it important to keep our customers happy. We would like to receive all returned item(s) in their original packaging with all original labels attached. The product must be returned in good condition (thus not worn or damaged). Worn and / or damaged items and / or products that have not been returned in the original packaging are not accepted.
